Pink Floyd, The Wall

Ladies and Gentlemen. This is my Year 10 Visual Arts Major Work - I'm not sure what category to put it under. But here is how I made it:

I painted 3 canvases with Impasto and basic black/grey/white acrylics, then using a lightweight foam (used in aeroplane wings) i carved the beginning of the face, and made additional features with sun-dry clay. My father helped me by nailing the canvases together at the back with a brace of wood, and nailing the face onto the canvas using another wooden brace on the back.
Then I stretched a metre of fabric over the face, glued and nailed it at the sides, cut out around the face and painted it with impasto and the same acrylics.

Overall took about 3 months to make!
